50% deposit before production and 50% balance before delivery.

Yes, all production lines are equipped with an ERP quality management system. Employees produce according to the standards set by the system to ensure product consistency. There is a 100% inspection before packaging, and QC conducts random checks before shipment. All products are shipped out packaged according to factory standard 2134.

Yes, we welcome you to order samples. (Free samples are provided if available in stock; customers only need to bear the shipping cost).

Regarding After-Sales Service

We will sign a formal, legally binding electronic contract with you before starting production and offer various reliable third-party payment methods, including corporate bank cards. When starting mass production, we will provide a prototype sample for your approval, and then proceed with production based on the sample’s production process. In most cases, our production process is pre-paid as we need to purchase raw materials, set up production lines, and invest other resources to fulfill your order. This ensures that we start production on time and maintain accurate delivery dates.

If the products you receive are faulty or poorly manufactured, we will take the following steps to address the issue: Please promptly inform our customer service team of the issue and related details. They will contact you promptly to understand the specific problem and find a solution. We will ask you to provide detailed information about the product quality issue, such as photos, descriptions, or any other relevant evidence. This helps us better understand the nature and extent of the problem. Depending on the severity of the issue, we will provide solutions in accordance with contract terms and quality assurance policies. This may include refunds, repairs, or product replacements.
